MAY I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Unfortunately we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. Grand Paradé does not ship to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses.
Grand Paradé can only deliver within the USA, the 50 states located therein, and the District of Columbia.

HOW WILL MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?

Online orders can be shipped to a known address or arranged for pick up. During checkout, include frieight charges to your oder and elect "Direct Ship" or "Arrange Pickup, respectively. Shipping fees are generally based on the value of your order any may include extra charges like Lift gate where applicable.

WHEN WILL MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?

Full Size bag orders placed by 1pm PST/4PM EST can ship within two business days, excluding holidays. Track your order online in the "My GP section".
Coffees to be shipped are loaded on wooden pallets and wrapped. Include strapping, at an additional charge,for added protection.

CAN GRAND PARADÉ HANDLE MY FREIGHT?

As a service to our valued clients, Grand Paradé will happily arrange shipping on your behalf. You will be solely responsible for all shipping, freight and/or delivery charges, and all other additional fees related to the transport of coffee from our warehouses to your chosen location.

MAY I PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER FROM THE WAREHOUSE?

Yes. All coffee purchases placed online can be picked up at our warehouses nearest you. Each warehouse has its own deadlines for orders, shipping policies and procedures.
